You can fiddle with it I'd probably recommend taking out discretionary points from endurance if you're playing at medium difficulty, plus max hacking isn't truly necessary, although convenient. This assumes you pick up all or most of the modules in the game though, so go scrounging for them: Here's an all-rounder build I put together a while back.
